Welcome to Rizz AI, a mobile application (“App”) operated by The Anzi Way. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App. By using Rizz AI, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rizz AI. By accessing the App, you affirm that you are legally permitted to use the service and that any information you provide is accurate. We do not permit access to the App by minors under any circumstance.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts we determine to be in violation of this age requirement or any other misuse. Continued use after removal attempts may result in a device-level block. All decisions regarding eligibility are made solely by The Anzi Way.

 

2. Use of the App

Rizz AI is designed to generate AI-powered conversation responses based on user-uploaded content or prompts. The App should be used responsibly, ethically, and only for lawful purposes. Users may not use the App to harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm others.

You are solely responsible for how you choose to use AI-generated replies. We are not responsible for misunderstandings, disputes, emotional consequences, or relationship outcomes resulting from the use of the app.

 

3. Subscription & Payment

Access to Rizz AI may require a paid subscription. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription features at any time. Abuse of subscription benefits or attempts to exploit the system may result in immediate cancellation without refund. The Anzi Way has sole authority to determine abuse or misuse.

 

4. Termination of Access

We may suspend, limit, or permanently revoke your access to Rizz AI at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice — including but not limited to misuse, violation of these terms, or activity we deem inappropriate.

The Anzi Way retains full discretion to remove any user or subscription at any time, without refund or explanation, if we believe that your behavior threatens the integrity, safety, or experience of the app. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

 

5. AI-Generated Content

All responses generated through Rizz AI are machine-generated and are not reviewed or endorsed by humans. Content may include humor, suggestiveness, or unintended tones. Use at your own discretion.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, emotional tone, or outcome of any AI-generated response. You acknowledge that all conversations and actions taken based on Rizz AI’s suggestions are at your own risk. You are fully responsible for anything you send, share, or do based on the content created within the App.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, text, and functionality within Rizz AI are the exclusive property of The Anzi Way or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the App without express written consent.

Your use of Rizz AI does not grant you any ownership or rights to the platform or its technology. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

 

7. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Anzi Way and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rizz AI. This includes (but is not limited to) loss of relationships, emotional distress, social consequences, or reputational damage.

You agree that Rizz AI is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise any particular result or success in your conversations or personal life.

 

8. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any aspect of Rizz AI at any time. This may include altering subscription tiers, changing available features, or updating pricing.

Continued use of the App after updates or changes implies acceptance of the new terms. We are not obligated to provide notifications for every change, though major revisions will be reflected in the "Effective Date" above.

 

9. User Conduct

By using Rizz AI, you agree to:

Not upload content that is illegal, explicit, or harmful

Not use the app to harass, threaten, or deceive others

Not exploit the app through automation, abuse, or manipulation

Respect all decisions made by The Anzi Way regarding your access or subscription

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate removal, reporting to authorities, and forfeiture of any paid subscription.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of Rizz AI will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts within the governing territory of The Anzi Way.
