We may collect limited technical data such as device type, crash logs, and usage behavior. This information helps us troubleshoot issues and improve app functionality. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored through these diagnostics.

No Personally Identifiable Information
You are not required to submit your name, phone number, or contact information to use the core features of Rizz AI. We do not intentionally collect, retain, or link any data to your real identity.

 

2. How Your Data is Used

AI-Powered Processing Only
Screenshots are used exclusively for generating a reply via our AI engine. The input is processed algorithmically with no human involvement. No screenshot is retained after processing.

No Human Monitoring or Storage
We do not view, review, or store your uploaded content. Once the AI suggestion is delivered, the uploaded data is discarded and cannot be retrieved.

Strict Non-Retention Policy
We do not keep a copy of your chat screenshots or their responses beyond the immediate AI use. You are responsible for saving or copying any content you wish to retain.

4. Limitation of Liability

By using Rizz AI, you fully acknowledge that The Anzi Way and its affiliates are not responsible for the results, consequences, or outcomes of using AI-generated responses. This includes emotional, social, legal, or personal consequences that may arise from using content generated by the app. You accept full responsibility for how you use or forward suggestions provided by Rizz AI.

We explicitly disclaim any liability related to the tone, legality, truthfulness, or implications of the conversations you choose to engage in based on the app’s suggestions. You agree not to hold The Anzi Way liable for any damages or disputes resulting from your use of the App. Your usage is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

 

5. User Conduct & Removal Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any user account or subscription that we deem, at our sole discretion, to be misusing or abusing the platform. Misuse includes but is not limited to harassment, illegal activity, spam, or behavior we determine to be manipulative or malicious. No prior warning or refund is required in the event of termination due to misuse.

Your access to Rizz AI may be restricted or revoked without notice if your behavior violates our values or terms. We do not tolerate harmful, exploitative, or unethical use of the application. Our priority is user safety and platform integrity, which we enforce firmly and unilaterally.
